Return Policy

Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. Please be aware that all sales are final, sorry no refunds.

If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order. Email us at dominicanmane@gmail.com for a return authorization. Please include your name or the name of the recipient, the order number and date of purchase (both can be found on the Sales Receipt/Packing List enclosed in the box.) We will get back to you with instructions on how to complete the exchange.For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. Dominican Mane products purchased in all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase.

USPS Shipping Guidelines

All packages are shipped through USPS Priority Mail & Ground. You will receive your products within 3 to 7 business days from the date your order is processed. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of the time you place your order. Orders placed after 4:00pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

USPS attempts to deliver packages three times within three consecutive business days. After three delivery attempts, USPS will send you a postcard with instructions to receive your package. They will hold your package for seven business days. If USPS does not receive a response from you they will return the package to the Dominican Mane Online store. USPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
